Our
Ongoing Activities
Neighborhood
Clean-Up:
Part of helping to deter crime is to have a neighborhood
that does not look run down, neglected or as if no one
cares about what happens in the area. That is why once a
month we have a volunteer "clean up" in one of the sections
of our neighborhood. Find
more
information
and schedule about these vital clean up events here.
Community
Walks:
We have scheduled
Community Walks and Neighbor Get-Togethers in various
sections of our neighborhood to help provide a better
awareness of what goes on in our area, who we are, and
it helps to build a stronger sense of
community.
Send an E-mail to
gainwalks@gmail.com
if you would like to walk with us or would like more
information about the walks.

Block Watch
We
foster the growth of Block Watch groups
in
our area. Our goal is to have block watch groups for
every block in our neighborhood. To that end we provide
support, information and assistance to set up a Block
Watch group for anyone that is interested, or you can
click here: How to start a Block
Watch.
To order block watch signs for your neighborhood, contact
Omega Graphics & Signs, 4321 Leary Way NW,
206-789-5480, Walldogs.com
Newsletter We
publish a monthly newsletter to provide information
about recent activities and items of interest for the
area. Due to the new format being used the newsletter
will no longer be available for download or in archives,
instead a new web page containing the current monthly
content will be added each month.
